Shipping Information

Bell Made offer a range of delivery options depending on your address. Please ensure you choose the correct delivery option at check out to avoid extra fees. If you are unsure of which option to choose for your address then please contact us.

Bell Made offer three main delivery options;

  1. Free collection from our workshop in Murwillumbah, NSW
  2. Bell Made van delivery
  3. Third party freight or courier services

Collection from our workshop

Choose "Pickup" at checkout. We will notify you when your order is complete and ready for free collection from our workshop in Murwillumbah, NSW. 

We ask that you check your collection vehicle is suitable for the items being collected prior to arrival and bring necessary products including furniture blankets, ties or straps to transport the items safely to your destination.

Delivered by Bell Made- Local Norther Rivers / Greater Brisbane / Sunshine Coast

  • Local Northern Rivers (Tweed/Byron/Ballina) delivery: $100
  • Greater Brisbane and Gold Coast delivery: $250
  • Sunshine Coast Delivery: $350

Please note the following:

  • Items are foam and shrink wrapped.
  • You must be present at the agreed delivery time and provide clear access for the delivery.
  • Delivery is one-person only.
  • The customer must provide assistance for unloading and moving items on site otherwise request a Two-person delivery.
  • Items will be placed in a safe ground-level location (e.g. entry, garage, or carport).
  • Items will not be delivered upstairs.
  • Two-person delivery may be arranged at an additional cost.
  • Packaging disposal is the responsibility of the customer.

Freight Delivery (third-party courier)

If available to you, one or more options will be displayed at the checkout. Please choose the option that matches your address

  • Metro Sydney delivery: $400
  • Regional NSW and ACT delivery: $500
  • Metro Melbourne Delivery: $600
  • Regional VIC / Regional QLD / SA: 

    These locations require a custom freight quote, you may proceed with your oder and we will contact you within 1-2 business days to organise cost of shipping. Alternatively, you can email or call Bell Made on 0479051776 for an immediate freight quote before placing your order.

  • TAS, WA and NT: We do not ship to these states

For Freighted and Courier Delivery please note the following: 

  • Items are foam and shrink wrapped and transported in appropriate boxes
  • Delivery is curbside only.
  • Someone must be present to accept delivery.
  • The courier will not unload items or move them inside the premises.
  • Any freight damage must be photographed and emailed to Bell Made immediately upon delivery to enable a claim.
  • Failed deliveries due to no one being present will incur a re-delivery fee payable by the customer.
  • Packaging disposal is the responsibility of the customer.
